Jason Kreth is the owner and managing member of Mental Health Legal Solutions. For 20 years, Jason has been a practicing attorney in the State of Oklahoma, handling a wide range of commercial matters for large and small businesses, alike. As part of this practice, he has assisted clients in forming new businesses, represented entities in complying with State and Federal privacy laws, and defended businesses in litigation matters across the State.

In 2023, Jason decided to change his career trajectory and returned to school to become a mental health clinician. Through his training and his hands-on experience as a practitioner, Jason gained a new perspective on the myriad legal struggles that mental health professionals can face. He created Mental Health Legal Solutions with an eye to providing affordable and personalized legal services to those in the field.

Jason received his B.S. summa cum laude in business management from Oklahoma State University in 2003. In 2006, Jason obtained his Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School where he was an associate editor on the Vanderbilt Law Review. Following graduation, Jason spent 17 years as an attorney at one of Oklahoma’s largest law firms. He subsequently obtained his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Oklahoma and practices as a licensed professional counselor candidate with CorAspire Mental Health and Wellness Center in Edmond, Oklahoma.

As part of his legal practice, Jason was named as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 8 years. Jason has provided seminars and talks on a variety of legal subjects including business litigation practices, ethics, banking, and cannabis law. He has also authored articles and papers in both the legal and mental health fields.
